My Dear Fellow American, 

We see it. We feel it. A hidden hand claws at America's soul seeking to tear us apart. Good has become evil. Right is now wrong.  

Claiming the banner of the Tea Party, we rose to reclaim our beloved country. Our message was simple: Fiscal responsibility, constitutional fidelity, and limited government. We sought to resurrect the nobility of this great nation and return to the principles of our founding fathers: That all men are created equal. That God, not government, gifted each of us with the unalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. 

However, some seek our destruction. As part of the Congressional Black Caucus, some of our elected leaders spewed vile invective in an effort to demonize our movement. Congresswoman Frederica Wilson (D-Florida video) charged, "The real enemy is the Tea Party." Congresswoman Maxine Waters (D-California video) asserted, "the Tea Party can go straight to Hell... And... And... I intend to help them get there."  

Congressman Andre Carson (D-Indiana audio) went even further. He disgraced the Peoples House when he spewed with vitriolic passion, "Some of these folk in Congress right now-of this Tea Party movement-would love to see you and me... hanging from a tree." To invoke the darkest hours of American history to describe patriotic Americans was reprehensible beyond belief. 

My fellow American, the far left now seeks to brand conservative thought as racist by definition. If we let this happen, if we shrink back from the hatred thrown our way, liberty will be lost.
